Knock, Knock….anyone there?? Well, I wouldn’t blame you if you’re not.  It HAS been far too long since I’ve updated this lovely little blog of mine. I was really sick for almost a month, have been frantically planning for our Europe trip just a few weeks away, AND then there’s this little thing called a day job… blah blah blah.
