Black on Black

Who doesn’t love a great trench coat? I fell in love this one when I saw the faux leather trimming detail- it makes it stand out against similar styles. It’s also such a staple item because it goes with everything.

I absolutely love layering up and this coat is light weight enough to make it possible.

Sometimes I seriously think I’m crazy for loving coats as much as I do because I rarely get to wear them, but just in case those days do come, I want to make sure I’m prepared with cute options. Same goes for boots. And I think I’ve talked about these coated jeans before but in case I didn’t, I’ll mention it again. SO comfortable! They look like they’re going to be super constricting but they actually stretch a lot. I do need to buy some wax coating to brush over them because some spots have faded. I watched a youtube video on how to do so hopefully I can figure it out because the thought of ruining these during some stupid experiment freaks me out!

So this last weekend came and went and I just can’t believe we’re halfway through February. I will be heading to Florida for the first time in about a month so I can’t say I’m complaining about the time going by so quickly and it probably is the first time in, maybe ever, that I’m looking forward to spring 🙂

Thanks for reading!
