You *could* say I own a lot of jeans.
Because I wear them so much I’m willing to invest in a good pair, but honestly, most of the jeans that I wear consistently are under $100. Maybe my expectations for jeans that are over $100 are too high, but usually I’m not as impressed as I hoped to be.
I have found a few styles that are my tried and true and I tend to keep buying them in different washes.
TopShop Jamie Jeans // I own SO many pairs of this style because they are so comfortable & flattering. The full price is usually $70-90 depending on the style but they tend to go on sale for 50% off fairly quickly so I’ve purchased several in the $35 range. They do run small, plus TopShop runs so small so you have to go up 1-2 sizes.
Abercrombie Ultra High Waisted Jeans // There’s several version of this style, straight leg and skinny and also regular and curve. I like them all but my current favorite is this style. I own them in two washes. The Curve Love line is supposed to have an extra inch in the hip area but I honestly couldn’t tell. I actually bought the regular style first and then when I saw the same pair in the Curve Love line I decided to try them but I returned the other pair first. I wish I would’ve kept them so I could try them on back to back- maybe then I could tell a difference. Regardless, I love the style and the wash. These go on sale for 40-50% off all the time so keep an eye out.
H&M Embrace Jeans // These are a new-ish favorite. I own them in two different washes but I can’t speak to the durability yet, however, they’re only $40 full price.
