Lace Crop Top

Last weekend we drove up to our old stomping grounds in San Luis Obispo for some family time. It was HOT! One of the hottest weekends of the whole year, so this lace crop top was a no brainer. Honestly I probably would’ve worn my bathing suit had it been socially acceptable.

There’s a couple things that always catch my eye when I’m shopping: anything lace, suede, and leather.

Yes, black, gray, stripes and over the knee boots are also up there now that I’m thinking about it.

Okay I’m trying my best to steer this conversation away from Fall but I just can’t. Maybe I should start another blog just about Fall and the holidays? Lol kidding…seriously. I went to Michael’s a few weeks ago and bought some new decorations to add to our Fall collection (I’m capitalizing it because it really should be considered that important). I contemplated putting it up this last weekend but even I saw the crazy in that. Also, I just couldn’t justify putting up decorations when it’s almost 100 outside. I did, however, do a lot of baking with cinnamon flavors and watched a Christmas movie. #HolidayAddict. I’ve also been thinking A LOT about the road trip we took almost a year ago to Utah and Colorado…boy do I miss it. But it has made me smile, opening up my email to the thousands that I get from clothing companies, and seeing the Fall collections out. This is when you finally see the pay off for buying a jacket or pair of boots in the dead of summer because it was such a good discount.  This is also about the time that the good tv shows come back! I do miss my Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal, Hart of Dixie, The Black List etc. So many reasons to be happy about Fall 🙂 Thanks for reading!
