My husband sent me this recipe hinting that he wanted me to make it, so I was like “sure I’ll make a carrot cake (because I don’t like carrot cake, therefore I won’t eat any)” 🙂 But it turns out that it wasn’t carrot cake! It’s a banana-ish cake with buttercream frosting. Really really good… I can’t wait to make…
